tastes really good ! i use a lot of water to water it down because its really sweet but it has a good flavor !! im not too sure if it helped much because my skin has gotten a lot better and im glowing but i've also been doing other skincare stuff. either way i think it tastes really good ! its easy to use and since it also has collagen its been helping my nails grow longer and better. i'll definitely buy more once my box runs out
