• Luxe Orgaix Cica Rescue Calming Toner contains 35% Centella Asiatica Leaf Water to soothe and reduce skin redness while strengthening skin’s barrier. It gentl tones, balances and removes impurities and makeup residue. Its water-based texture instantly hydrates and alms inflammation caused by acne.

How to Use:

Soak a cotton pad with an adequate amount of the toner. Gently apply to face, avoiding the eye and mouth area. Let toner remain on face until fully absorbed.
