We promise to always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we have all your items on hand, we aim to process your order within 1-2 business days upon ordering. • are not caused by their conduct or their products once the item has been dispatched (i.e incorrect address, stolen parcels delivered within the customer specified address)
• relate to something independent of their business, after the goods left their control.
