Instructions:

1. Remove the strip from the packet and peel the back lining.

2. Apply the whitening strip to your teeth, use gentle pressure to mold the strips securely to your teeth.

4. For best results, refrain from eating, drinking or smoking for 30 minutes after strip is applied.
